Exchange Policy

• Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original condition.
• Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Any items marked "Final Sale"

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
